Responsible for promoting the comprehensive administration work of the bureau in accordance with the law; drafting local legislations and governmental regulations on environmental protection; responsible for the supervision, guidance and coordination of the administrative enforcement; undertaking the reviewing and assessment of the legality of the administrative regulatory documents of the bureau and relevant recording work; and undertaking relevant work of administrative reconsideration, administrative compensation and administrative procedures.
