Responsible for formulating the vehicle emission prevention standards of Beijing and supervision the implementation; organizing the comprehensive analysis and researches on the vehicle emission situation in the entire city; organizing the formulation of pollution prevention plans of vehicle emission control, putting forth phased pollution control targets and measures of vehicle emission, and organizing the implementation; and conducting supervisory management of the pollution prevention of vehicle emission.
