Fang Li, male, Han Chinese, born in 1969, is from Xianyou, Fujian, member of Communist Party of China, postgraduate, Master of Engineering and associate researcher. Now, he serves as the deputy secretary and director general of Party group of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

He served as the deputy secretary and secretary of Youth League Committee of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Chairman of Association of Science & Technology of Chaoyang District; Deputy secretary of Beijing Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League and chairman of Beijing Municipal All-China Youth Federation; Member and deputy director general of Party group of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, deputy secretary and deputy director general of Party group of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.  

He was fully responsible for the administration work.
